Wendy’s classes are mixed ability, all are welcome from complete beginners through to the more experienced practitioner. There are no expectations or pressure from Wendy for you to achieve a goal or the peak posture, only gentle encouragement & a wish for you to enjoy the journey towards it, hopefully leaving the class smiling & feeling good!

Morning Breathe & Flow
Online Mon 9.30am. In Studio Wed 9.30am.

This Energising Yoga Flow for Strength & Mobility is a more dynamic class designed to build physical strength while improving active flexibility and joint mobility. Through a series of flowing sequences, with a strong emphasis on breath, you will engage both your body and mind, building endurance and promoting balance in both. The class focuses on functional movements, helping to enhance posture and mobility, while increasing overall vitality. More suitable for those with some yoga experience or enthusiastic beginners., this practice will leave you feeling invigorated, strong, and centred. A fun & fabulous way to start your day!

Evening Slow Flow & Restore
In Studio Tues 8pm. Online Wed 7.15pm.

A calming yoga class that blends mindful movement with deep relaxation. A Hatha Flow focusing on slower, intentional flows, this practice allows you to connect with your breath while moving through a series of poses designed to improve muscular strength, promote flexibility & release tension. The class ends with a guided meditation, relaxation or the healing sound of crystal bowls, leaving you feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and centered. Perfect for all levels, it’s an ideal way to unwind, ease stress, and cultivate balance in both body and mind.

Ashtanga Mysore Assisted Self-Practice
In Studio Tues 6.20pm.

The traditional way to learn Ashtanga Yoga. You move through a set sequence of postures at your own pace, one breath & posture at a time. With small classes, you’ll benefit from plenty of 1-2-1 guidance & adjustments, with the teacher tailoring the sequence to fit you & your unique body just as you are.

With an emphasis on synchronising movement & breath, in time your practise becomes a moving meditation.

Ashtanga Flow
Online Thurs 9.30am.

This is a dynamic & challenging led class. You will be guided through the Sun Salutations and standing sequence following the traditional Sanskrit count, before delving into aspects of both the Primary & Intermediate Ashtanga series. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
In Studio Fri 7pm.

 Yin yoga is generally a floored-based practice where postures are held passively for longer, targeting the deepest layers of the body, the ligaments, joints, bones & the deepest connective tissues. Yin is a gentle nurturing practice with profound therapeutic benefits for longevity, vitality, flexibility, joint strength & mobility. Also soothing the nervous system promoting a deeper sense of relaxation and facilitating in the release of physical & energetic blockages.Ending with a healing Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.

Ideal for all levels, this class is perfect for those seeking to unwind, de-stress, and deepen their mind/body connection.
