Hello Yogis,
I have decided not to hold any live classes this Monday due the Queens funeral. I will be making last Monday’s recording available for another week and also sending all regular attendees a recording of this Tuesday’s Rise and Shine class free of charge.
If anyone would like me to send them a recording to practise this Monday please let me know as I will do this at no charge.
