I hope you all had a wonderful Easter break and are now eager to get back on your mats!
So some new classes….
I have a new in-person class at Chantry Studios (downstairs studio) beginning tomorrow morning, Wednesday 9.30-10.45am. This be comprised of both static and dynamic postures working on promoting both strength and mobility. Suitable for all and hopefully leaving you feeling calm, re-energised and ready to take on the rest of your day. You can book your place through my website or drop me an email so I can book it for you- it will be wonderful to see some of you face-to-face!
The following week I will be introducing an online Tuesday morning class 8.00-9.15am. It is at the earlier time as I know some of you are now back to work. The first hour of this class will be posture work with the last 15 minutes being a combination of pranayama/ meditation and relaxation so if you do have to run off to work you are more than welcome to leave early.
I am also considering some earlier classes and also a lunchtime session, these could lean more toward promoting strength within our practice, so please let me know your thoughts and requests if any.
Lastly, a big thank you to all of you who attended or received my recording of ’Introduction to Pranayama/ Meditation taster session.’ please let me know if this is something you are interested in me adding to my timetable, and if so, when would be the best time to hold this?
